EVENT INFORMATION
Sublime makes their long-awaited return to Australian stages, performing at Festival Hall on Wednesday 1 April 2026, with special guests Skegss.
For the first time in nearly three decades, original members Eric Wilson (bass) and Bud Gaugh (drums) reunite with Jakob Nowell, son of late frontman Bradley Nowell, to carry forward the band’s groundbreaking legacy.
After debuting their new lineup at Coachella 2024 to worldwide acclaim, Sublime has reignited their iconic fusion of punk, ska, reggae, and hip-hop for a new generation. Their recent single Ensenada—their first original release in nearly 30 years—has reached #1 in alternative radio audience reach and introduced the band to a wave of new listeners.
With timeless hits like Santeria, What I Got, and Wrong Way, Sublime’s influence on modern music remains profound. The band’s Australian shows mark a significant milestone — a celebration of legacy, renewal, and connection.Melbourne fans will experience a historic performance from one of the most influential American bands of all time, joined by Skegss, Australia’s beloved surf-rock trio known for their raw energy and chart-topping album Rehearsal.
