ACCESSIBILITY
Festival Hall is a fully accessible venue. Our accessibility entry onto the main floor is via DOOR 6. Alternatively, access can be arranged prior via Rosslyn St for those patrons with GA Floor tickets.

There is a platform located on the main GA floor area for patrons with accessibility requirements if they wish to use it. There is a limited capacity for this platform area, so please ensure you purchase accessibility tickets to ensure that a space is reserved for yourself and one friend.
For ambulatory patrons or those with other needs, we have seating available in the side sections. Patrons in these areas would be required to navigate stairs to access facilities.
Tickets can be purchased online through Ticketmaster, or for assistance, please call the contact numbers below.
Please note, accessible seating is available for any patron with access needs, not just those who use wheelchairs.

Service Hours: Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm AEDT ONLY.

Companion Cards are accepted for Festival Hall events. Your valid Companion Card must be shown to staff on the event night.
For accessibility bookings we endeavour to arrange access to the road closure area in Rosslyn St at the back of the venue.
Please note that spaces are limited and patrons are required to contact Festival Hall administration to arrange this prior to the event date at admin@festivalhall.com.au.
Seating style and size varies throughout Festival Hall.
Sections 9 & 10
Individual chairs with no armrests, 41.5cm wide.
Sections 11 & 12
Cushioned benches with no armrests, approximately 45cm wide.
Balcony
Theatre seating with fixed armrests, 41.5cm wide.
Floor
For fully seated events, individual chairs are placed on the main floor. They are 43cm wide with no arm rests.
There is an accessible toilet located next to the Door 6 entry. Ambulant toilet cubicles are in our main toilets.
Guide/support dogs are welcome at Festival Hall. If you require information on bringing your support dog into the Venue, please contact us at admin@festivalhall.com.au
Due to the noise levels of some shows, you may like to consider an alternative aid for those events expected to be of a higher noise level.
