Accessible Car Parking
For accessibility bookings we endeavour to arrange access to the road closure area in Rosslyn St at the back of the venue. Please note that spaces are limited and patrons are required to contact Festival Hall Administration to arrange this prior to the event day at firstname.lastname@example.org
Entry onto the main floor is via Door 6 or if prior arrangements are made, access can be arranged via Rosslyn St for those patrons with GA Floor tickets.
Reserved Seated Areas
Entry into the Balcony and the wing areas accessed via stairs only.
Companion Cards are accepted for Festival Hall events. Your valid Companion Card must be shown to staff on the event night.
There is an accessible toilet located next to the Door 6 entry. Ambulant toilet cubicles are in our main toilets.
Guide/support dogs are welcome at Festival Hall. If you require information on bringing your support dog into the Venue, please contact us at email@example.com
Due to the noise levels of some shows, you may like to consider an alternative aid for those events expected to be of a higher noise level.
There is a platform located on the main GA floor area for accessibility patrons if they wish to use it. There is a limited capacity for this platform area, so please ensure you purchase accessibility tickets to ensure that a space is reserved for yourself and one friend.
For ambulatory patrons or other needs, we have seating available in the wing areas. Patrons in these areas would be required to navigate stairs to access facilities.
