Alternatively, if prior arrangements are made, access can be arranged via Rosslyn St for those patrons with GA Floor tickets.
Festival Hall does not have reserved accessible parking; however a temporary road closure is implemented on Rosslyn Street to manage traffic and improve safety.
We don’t have control over the public parking in this area and cannot guarantee a parking space, but the road closure typically reduces traffic, increasing the likelihood of spots being available.
Patrons can be added to the road closure access list by sending their name and registration to admin@festivalhall.com.au.
There is a non-gendered accessible restroom located near Door 6 and Door B. This toilet is located close to the Accessible Platform and has no-step access. Ambulant toilet cubicles are available in our main toilets.
Guide/Assistance dogs are welcome at Festival Hall. If you require information on bringing your support dog into the Venue, please contact us at admin@festivalhall.com.au
Due to the noise levels of some shows, you may like to consider an alternative aid for those events expected to be of a higher noise level.
