_{Ruger is the professional name of Nigerian singer-songwriter Michael Adebayo Olayinka, who gained fame with his 2021 hit single "Bounce". He was signed to D'Prince's Jonzing World Records in 2020 but later started his own label, Blown Boy Entertainment, in 2024. Ruger is known for his fusion of Afrobeats and dancehall, his signature eye patch, and his musical influences, which include artists like Bob Marley and Rihanna.}
