Platinum Tickets - Allows patrons early access to the Main Floor behind VIP patrons before all other general admission patron. Please note that there is no designated area for Platinum tickets, and once general doors open they have no further benefit.

VIP and Platinum ticket holders will be contacted closer to the event with further details.

Reserved Seating in the Balcony. Reserved Seating in Sections 9, 10, 11 & 12.

Note: Each ticket holder must be able to present one of the five governement approved photo I.D.'s to gain entry into a Licensed Area (Australian Drivers License, Victorian Learners Permit, Keypass, Proof of Age Card, or Passport). No person under the age of 18yrs is permitted into these areas under any circumstances.

 

Unlicensed All Age

Main Floor General Admission Standing Area.

Note: Patrons of any age can access this area.
Patrons over the age of 18+ with one of the 5 governement approved photo I.D's will be able to gain access to the downstairs bar. No drinks at all will be allowed back onto the main floor from this bar.

Ticketing Notification


Patrons who originally purchased Tickets through 'Planet Urban' please note that the original tickets emailed from Planet Urban are not valid for the Festival Hall Scanning system. 
You should have received in the mail a Festival Hall ticket which is of a deep orange colour, these are the tickets you need to gain entry on the event night.
